Puja Cherry is one of the most promising young actresses in Bangladesh. She was born on 20th August, 2004. She is from Gazirhaat, Khulna, Bangladesh. Her father’s name is Dev PrasadRoy and her mother’s name is Jharna Roy. She is Hindu by birth and currently in class 6 in Dhaka Cantonment Public School & College. She wants to be a famous actress in the future and take acting as her profession. Meanwhile, she has acted in some TVCs, dramas and movies to announce her presence. And she has done it with great success.
Puja Cherry entered the media with the movie Bhalobashar Rong, as the childhood character of Mahiya Mahi. Then she acted in the Television Commercial of Teletalk 3G as a dumb young sister, who can communicate through video calls with her brother. That TVC was an emotional creation and people saw Puja for the first time in it.
Then, she Acted in the movie Agnee, as the childhood character of Mahiya Mahi. She acted superbly in that movie. People liked her acting very much. She also acted in some movies like Jaan Tumi Pran Tumi, Bhalobashte Mon Lage, Moner Ghore Bosot Kore, Chotto Songsar, Don Number One, Amar Challange, Sontaner Moto Sontan, Tobuo Bhalobashi, Blackmail, My Name Is Khan, Most Welcome, Most Welcome 2, Naiyori etc.
She acted as a model in some other TVCs like Pran Tiffin Cake, Bangladesh Today, Senora Sanitary Napkin, Chaka Ball Soap, Rin Powder, RFL Table, Pran Noodles etc.
Puja acted in a drama named Sweet Mane Misti in the direction of Jahid Hasan.
Puja is learning dance from her childhood in Bulbul Lalitkala Academy. She is the future prospect of Bangladesh.
