you can do it with 4 easy steps…
but remember it’s just how to add your site in google. it’s not full SEO.

1st step

Go to the link Google Webmasters Tools and submit your site by clicking here

2nd Step

Then download the file from after submitting your site.

3rd Step

now upload this file in your host. in htdocs carefully.

4th Step

now click the confirm bottom
here you are, your site added. enjoy
